SAMBA, May 20: A youth died in a road accident in the hilly area of Sumb in Samba district here on Tuesday.
According to the information received, a youth from Dunniya village was going from Sumb to his home on his motorcycle when suddenly a stray dog came in front of the motorcycle, while trying to save it, the motorcycle fell and the youth was seriously injured. With the help of local people, the injured youth was brought to the district hospital Samba where the doctor declared him dead.
After conducting the post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family for the last rites. The deceased youth has been identified as Lucky Sharma (31) son of Parshottam Dutt resident of Dunniya, Sumb district Samba.
In this regard, the police have registered a case and started further action.
