JAMMU, Nov 12: RS Pura Police booked a youth for trying to outrage modesty of minor girl.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man with Police Station RS Pura stating that a youth identified as Sunny, son of Surinder Singh of Rangpur Malanian allegedly tried to for outrage modesty of his minor girl.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR Number 216/2021 under Section 354 IPC and 7/8 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and hunt has been launched to nab the alleged accused.
