UDHAMPUR, June 16: A young girl committed suicide by hanging herself at her house in village Sayal Salan, this evening.
The deceased was identified as Sunita Devi, daughter of Darshan Kumar of Sayal Salan. She was found hanging from an iron angle in a tin shed room of her house . Family member spotted her hanging and shifted her to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared the girl as brought dead.
Cause of provocation could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
