LUCKNOW, March 10 : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday held a video conference with senior administrative and police officials of the state and issued necessary guidelines regarding upcoming events and festivals.
The Chief Minister directed officials to conduct the Sub Inspector recruitment examination with complete transparency, fairness, and strict security arrangements.
He said that strict surveillance should be maintained at examination centers and the possibility of any kind of disturbance should be completely eliminated.
In view of the upcoming festivals, the Chief Minister urged special vigilance. He directed that strict arrangements be made for law and order, traffic management, and crowd control during Eid ul Fitr and the Alvida Namaz.
In addition, in view of Navratri, officials in Mirzapur, Balrampur, Sitapur, and Saharanpur were asked to be vigilant and ensure necessary arrangements for the devotees.
The Chief Minister also directed that proper arrangements for cleanliness, drinking water, security and transportation should be made for the devotees visiting temples and major religious places on the occasion of Ram Navami, so that people do not face any inconvenience.
Referring to the upcoming programs in the meeting, the Chief Minister said that comprehensive and systematic arrangements should also be made for the proposed visit of President Draupadi Murmu to Ayodhya and Mathura, so that the program can be completed peacefully and successfully.
