JAMMU, July 13: The Rashtriya Kashmiri Hindu Adhiveshan, organized by Youth 4 Panun Kashmir, was held here, today with the unanimous adoption of the historic Jammu Declaration, demanding the immediate creation of Panun Kashmir as a Union Territory under Central Rule and emphasising that the creation of PK is the first stepping stone of Hindu Rashtra.
The day-long convention brought together saints, legal experts, scholars, youth leaders and grassroots organizations from across Bharat in a unified civilizational call for justice, dignity and rightful return of the Kashmiri Hindu community.

The event commenced with a grand felicitation ceremony, where Saropas were presented to Dr. Agnishekhar, Sadguru Dr. Charudutt Pingale, Swami Kumar Ji, Ranjit Savarkar, advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, Dr. Koenraad Elst, Arjun Sampath, Pramod Muthalik, Ramesh Shinde, Rahul Kaul, Rabindra Ghosh, Arun Gupta and Rajesh Gupta, along with community leaders such as Gangadhar Kulkarni, Punnu Swamy, Ashwani Bhat, Kundan Kashmiri, Motilal Malla, Rajeev Pandita, Shama Raina, R.K. Wangnoo, Dr. Sushil Wattal, Rohit Ravi Bhat and Digamber Raina.
A solemn Shradhanjali was observed in memory of the victims of the Kashmiri Hindu Genocide and those martyred on 13th July 1931.
Keynote addresses were delivered by Dr. Agnishekhar, Ranjit Savarkar, and Vishnu Shankar Jain, all underscoring that PK is not a political bargaining chip, but a civilizational mandate that India must fulfill to uphold Dharma and justice.
Core sessions included “Panun Kashmir – The Foundation of Hindu Rashtra” moderated by Vithal Chowdhary featuring Pramod Muthalik, Ramesh Shinde, Arjun Sampath, Rahul Kaul, and Dr.Raj Singh Shekhawat; “Hindu Civilizational Conflict and Its Resolution” moderated by Ashish Dhar with Dr. Koenraad Elst and Sadguru Dr. Charudutt Pingale; and “Jammu’s Regional Crisis and Homeland Synergy” moderated by Yamini Kaul with panelists Prataap Jamwal, Sardar Surinder Singh, Amit Raina, Sahil Pandita, and Digamber Raina.
Entrepreneur Sandeep Kaul unveiled an economic empowerment platform to promote viable, culture-rooted enterprises in partnership with Youth 4 PK. The PK Vidyarathi Sangathan was launched to build generational continuity in resistance, followed by a stirring cultural performance “Kashyap ke Kashmir” by Kuldeep Sapru.
During the felicitation ceremony, 18 individuals and organizations were honoured under two prestigious awards-late Onkar Nath Raina Lok Sewa Samman for outstanding public service, and the late Sumesh Bhan Yuva Adarsh Samman for youth leadership in community service and struggle.
The event culminated in the reading of the Jammu Declaration, which reaffirmed the 1991 Margdarshan Resolution and set 19th January 2026 as the final deadline for the Government of India to act decisively demanding legal and constitutional recognition of the Kashmiri Hindu genocide, immediate creation of PK as a UT, establishment of a Genocide Justice Commission and a reparations framework, end of discrimination against Jammu through Constitutional safeguards, and full protection and support for persecuted Hindus from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
It warned that failure to act on these core demands would result in a nationwide mobilization of nationalist forces marking the beginning of the final phase of national reclamation.
