KATHUA, Feb 4: Police today arrested two X-Ray technicians posted at District Hospital for eve-teasing a para-medical student.
The Para-medical student, who went to the X-Ray Department of the District Hospital was allegedly eve-teased by two technicians namely Ram Lal, son of Ram Chand of Hiranagar and Sanjeev Singh, son of Bishan Singh of District Kathua.
The student reported the matter to the Medical Superintendent of the District Hospital, who constituted three members committee to look into the matter and also lodged a complaint with Police Station Kathua.
After registering a case under FIR number 42/13 under Sections 353/ 341/509 RPC, police arrested both the accused.
The accused were produced before the Magistrate, who sent them on three days remand.
