Workshop on Public Administration organized for UPSC, JKAS aspirants

JAMMU, Apr 27: A workshop on the optional subject Public Administration for UPSC and JKAS aspirants, organized by SR College of Competitions was held here today.
The workshop was led by one of the top experts from Delhi, renowned for his vast experience and insight into the subject.
The session covered the complete Public Administration syllabus in a structured and simplified manner, helping aspirants gain a clear roadmap for their preparation.
The expert meticulously discussed the important topics, delineated key areas of focus and provided an updated list of essential books, reports and other sources required for thorough preparation.
A significant highlight of the workshop was the intensive discussion on Previous Years’ Questions (PYQs), where students were guided on how to approach, structure and write high-quality answers in exams.
Special emphasis was placed on understanding the demand of the question and developing a dynamic perspective.
The workshop concluded with an exclusive doubt-clearing session, during which participants actively interacted with the expert, clarifying their doubts and receiving valuable exam-specific strategies.
Students appreciated the session for its practical approach, personalized advice and clarity in handling complex topics.
During the workshop, a dedicated JKAS Mains Test Series comprising 18 comprehensive tests was also launched.
Each test is followed by detailed explanations and personalized, one-on-one mentorship to help aspirants refine their writing skills and improve answer quality.
These tests are conducted every Sunday at the college premises.
