JAMMU, May 15: Maruti Sharma International Life psychologist and founder of University of Life today conducted a skill building training on counselling skills for school principals drawn from different schools of Jammu province.
In the workshop, he stressed upon the role of a school leader as a counselor in the 21st century. He shared with the audience the concepts and techniques related to continuous conscious learning by design, increasing personal net worth, qualities and skills required in high quality counselling and guidance process and challenges in guiding the coming generation.
He also shared a three step model for initiating and sustaining behavioral change.
The participants felt deeply benefitted from the workshop and looked forward to learn more.
