KATHUA, Jan 1: A 27-year-old woman succumbed to her burn injuries at the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu today.
Hasina Bano wife of Mohammad Hafiz of Billawar, Kathua, was admitted to the GMC Jammu on November 28 after she suffered burn injuries due to a cylinder blast at her home, a police official said.
She passed away at the hospital today, he said.
The police official added that the body of the deceased woman has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem and other legal formalities.
