RAJOURI, June 20: A woman bootlegger was arrested with 5 litres of illicit liquor and 35 litres of Lahan in Sunderbani area here today.
Acting on specific information, a police team headed by SHO Sunderbani, Inspector Rajiv Sharma conducted a raid in Palwal area and recovered the illicit liquor and Lahan from the residence of one Pushpa Devi of Bhalwal, Tehsil Beripattan.
Accordingly, the accused was arrested and booked in case FIR number 39/2025 under the relevant sections of the Excise Act registered at Police Station Sunderbani and further investigation started.
