JAMMU, Nov 4: A woman was found today hanging at her residence in Talab Tillo area of city outskirts.
“The woman identified as Anu Kumari (25) wife of late Amit Kotwal, resident of Kabir Colony, was found hanging this afternoon with the hook of the ceiling fan at her parents’ residence in Kabir Colony, where she was residing after the death of her husband a few months back”, a police spokesman said.
He said that after completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites while inquest proceedings initiated by Talab Tillo police.
