JAMMU, Sept 16: A woman drug peddler was arrested with 19 grams of heroin-like-substance, Rs 7420 in cash, and one electronic weighing scale from Rajiv Nagar area here today.
During routine patrolling, one Pinki of Rajiv Nagar (Boot Polish Mohalla) was arrested with the consignment, cash, and weighing scale by a team of Police Post Rajiv Nagar headed by incharge Police Post concerned, a police official said.
According to him, the accused has been accordingly booked in case FIR number 275/2025 under sections 8/21/22/27A of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and further investigation taken up. The arrest was made by a police party under the supervision of SP South Ajay Sharma.
