JAMMU, Sept 15: A woman drug peddler was arrested with 31.27 grams of heroin-like-substance, Rs 21, 270 cash, and one electronic weighing scale from Narwal area here today.
Acting on specific information, one Sneha of Raji Nagar (Boot Polish Mohalla) was arrested with the consignment, cash, and weighing machine by a team from Police Post Narwal, led by incharge Police Post concerned, with the assistance of other police officials, a police official said.
Accordingly, he said, the accused woman was arrested and booked in case FIR number 273/2025 under Sections 8/21/22/27A/29 of the NDPS Act and 111 BNS registered at Police Station Bahu Fort Jammu, with further investigation set into motion.
