JAMMU, June 21: A woman alleged theft of her gold ornaments worth lakhs in Nai Basti area here today.
Shakuntala Devi of Nai Basti said she was returning from a hospital and resting along the roadside when thieves pounced at her and snatched her one ear ring and two rings.
Acting on the written complaint lodged by the woman at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, police have seized the CCTV footage of the area and started investigation into the matter.
