JAMMU, Feb 12: The Department of Higher Education has extended winter vacations in all the Government Degree Colleges of Kashmir Division and Winter Zone Colleges of Jammu Division upto February 18.
Decision in this regard has been taken in view of extreme inclement weather conditions.
