JAMMU, June 29: Writers Guidance Council (WGC) led by Kashmiri doctor and columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo today launched an advisory council of the Board of Directors for its “Writers Guidance Programme”.
In a statement issued, Dr Tasaduk said, “The concerned board will be a statutory body in taking all decisions regarding the guidance programme and its main purpose shall be to encourage young talented writers and help them in building write ups under their supervision”.
“The Board shall try to work in the horizon of achieving the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is a Global blueprint framework to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all,” he said.
He announced that core committee of the board will be headed by himself with Dr Awadhesh Singh (published author cum India’s top educator), Abrar Ul Mustafa (columnist cum writer), Mushtaq Hurra (noted writer cum columnist), Faheem Ul Islam (young published author) and Chetan Prabhakar (published author) as other members.
