JAMMU, June 8: The residents of Upper Shiv Nagar Lane No A -3 are facing acute scarcity of drinking water for a pretty long time.
According to the residents despite bringing the matter in the notice of concerned authorities they failed to solve the problem.
They said that water scarcity in these hot days coupled with callousness of the PHE authorities has added to the problems of the people. The residents warned agitation in case the problem was not solved. They said despite bringing the matter to the notice of concerned officers no action was taken to settle the problem.
In an appeal to Minister of PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Sham Lal Sharma the residents sought his immediate intervention in the matter.
