Warm farewell accorded to retirees

JAMMU, June 30: Renowned broadcaster from Gujjar community, Ch Hassan Parwaz, Head Gojri wing of Akashwani Jammu , retired today after 39 years of active service. On the occasion, the leaders of the Gujjar community and employees of Akashwani Radio accorded warm farewell to Ch Hassan and remembered his outstanding contributions to Gojri language. Akashwani Jammu program head Renu Raina and other employees wished the retiring officer a healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.
Jammu Police hosted an impressive farewell function in District Police Line Jammu to bid adieu to SI Jagjit Singh, ASI Kuldeep Raj and ASI Sukhvinder Singh who superannuated from their active services today. The send-off function was chaired by SP Headquarters Ramnish Gupta along with Deputy SP DAR K D Bhagat and other senior officers. They wished the retiring officers good health and long life for the next phase of their life.
Senior Section Engineer Nirmal Singh, Nursing Orderly Sham Lal and Follower Om Parkash of Police Academy Udhampur, who retired today from the police services, were given a warm farewell in a function organized at Police Academy Udhampur. Mohan Lal, SSP, Deputy Director (Training/Indoor) SKPA Udhampur, while speaking on the occasion, appreciated the services rendered by these officials in the Academy and wished them happy and prosperous post retirement life. Other senior officers were also present.
Non Teaching Employees Association (NTEAJ) SKUAST- Jammu accorded warm send off to Yog Raj OCC Central Library FVSc RS Pura, Ashok Kumar Gupta, Head Assistant KVK RS Pura and Deepa Kher, Head Assistant, Registrar office, who retired today after attaining the age of superannuation. The farewell was accorded in presence of Dr M S Badwal Dean FVSc, Dr Punit Choudhary, K D Singh (president NTEAJ) and other office bearers of the Association.
A warm farewell was accorded to Darshan Lal, Assistant Stockman of the Joint Director (Extension), Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu who retired from the Government service on attaining the age of superannuation today. Dr Sanjeev Kumar Joint Director (Extension) Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu recalled services of the retiree. He along with other staff wished the retiree a happy post retirement life.
