NEW DELHI, Jan 23: Viplav Kumar Choudhary, an IPS officer of the 1997 batch from the Jammu and Kashmir segment of the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed as the Special Director of Enforcement in the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
