Jammu, Aug 16: The Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) has ordered transfers of 11 officers of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), bringing changes in key positions across the country.
Vipin Kumar Gupta of the 1993 batch has been appointed as Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Northern Command), Jammu. He will lead the crucial defence accounts office that manages financial oversight and audit functions for the Northern Command.
Among other Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) officers, Vijay Kumar of the 1991 batch has been transferred to Dehradun as PCDA (Air Force), Dhananjay Kumar of the 1993 batch has been posted as PIFA (Navy), New Delhi, and Bir Singh Negi of the 1994 batch has been moved to New Delhi.
In the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) category, Anant Prakash of the 1995 batch has been posted as PCDA (SWC), Jaipur, while Kanwaldeep Singh of the 1996 batch will join CGDA HQ. U.S.P. Kushwaha of the 1998 batch has been transferred to Prayagraj as PCDA (P), and M. Shamkar of the 1998 batch has been posted as CDA (R&D), Bengaluru. Anand Agrawal of the 1999 batch will take charge as IFA (R&D) MSS, Hyderabad, while Ande Poshetty of the 2000 batch has been moved as CDA, Training & NADFAM, Pune. Roopwant Soni of the 2002 batch will join as IFA (SWC), Jaipur.
