REASI, Apr 5: The residents of village Tanda, Dera, Kundra, Kanjali, Bhabbar Brahamana and Bhabbar Rasiyalan have appealed Lt Governor Manoj Sinha to provide RTC Bus service to the area.
The villagers today passed a joint resolution and explained that children of these areas have been facing problem of not getting transport service on time to go to college and schools. Due to lack of transport service in these villages, college and school children as well as the public are facing severe problems, they added.
The villagers have also demanded upgradation of the High School Kundra, which was established in 1984/85 and never got upgraded since then. They appealed to LG JKUT to upgrade the school to Higher Secondary so as to enable the students to study tension free as it is impossible for the children to travel kilometers on foot to get education.
In addition to this, villages also demanded upgradation of High School Kanjali as the higher secondary school. The villagers also appealed to the District Administration Reasi to solve their all the grievances.
