JAMMU, Jan 14: India’s largest Hyundai service facility was inaugurated in Gangyal Industrial Area by AM Hyundai in a function held here today.
The grand ceremony was graced by Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner/Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department and was further honoured by the distinguished presence of senior leadership from Hyundai Motor India Ltd, including Nilesh Shah, Function Head – National Service; Junghyun Eom, Function Advisor – National Service; Bedabrata Sharma Bordoloi, Zonal Business Head – North Zone; Yoon Bok Hwang, Zonal Business Coordinator – North Zone, Puneet Mehta ASH J&K, Badrinath C U, Domain Head – Service Training, Kishor S Chaudhari, Zonal Parts & Service Head – North Zone and Anil Sharma TPSM J&K.
The workshop has been developed in line with Hyundai’s global service standards and is equipped with advanced diagnostic systems, modern service bays, trained technical manpower and a home theater so customers can comfortably wait.
The facility is designed to ensure faster turnaround times, superior service quality and a seamless ownership experience for Hyundai customers in Jammu and adjoining areas.
On the occasion, it was also announced that AM Hyundai has taken a major initiative by establishing the largest and high-tech Training Centre in India.
The centre has been set up to provide structured technical training to youth in advanced automotive service and repair practices.
The program will offer skill-based training, professional certification and industry-aligned exposure, thereby enhancing employability and contributing significantly to employment generation and skill development in the region.
The successful establishment of the workshop and training centre reflects the visionary leadership of the AM Group, under the guidance of Chairman Jatinder Gupta, Managing Director Sanjay Mahajan and Directors Ankur Mahajan and Akshay Mahajan.
The event concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks presented by Aryan Mahajan and Sahira Mahajan.
