JAMMU, Dec 11: MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa toured Ward No. 43 of JMC, Nanak Nagar to review on-ground issues and interact with residents. Officials from PHE, PWD, PDD, and JMC departments accompanied him during the visit.
MLA Randhawa listened to public problems and gave on-spot directions to the concerned officials for immediate action on issues related to water supply, electricity, roads, drains, and sanitation.
He was accompanied by Mandal president, Rahul Kumar and his team including Pappu Choudhary, Daljeet Singh, Satvir, Shally Chib, Sham Sundar, Rampaul, along with other locals.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Randhawa said that the development of every Ward in Bahu constituency remains his top priority and assured residents that all genuine demands will be resolved in a time-bound manner. He further added that coordinated efforts among departments will help deliver better civic amenities and faster execution of development works.
He also inspected several spots where residents had raised long-pending issues and directed officials to take immediate corrective measures, ensuring transparency and accountability in all public works.
He said that such regular field visits will continue in the coming days to ensure that no area is left behind and every household benefits from improved civic services and responsive governance.
He urged citizens to continue sharing their suggestions and concerns so together we build a cleaner, safer and more prosperous Nanak Nagar.
