JAMMU, May 26: The residents of Ward No 2 Vikas Nagar Sarwal are facing acute water scarcity and have appealed the PHE authorities to take immediate steps in regulating water supply in the area.
The residents of the locality said that water scarcity in this scorching Summer has added to their problems. They warned agitation in case the water supply was not improved in the area.
Meanwhile, the Om Nagar Udaywala residents are also facing problems due to power failure as three transformers damaged in the area during last one week. The representatives of the area have made an appeal to the authorities of the PDD to find an everlasting solution to the problem as the consumers are paying the regular fee despite that they face power problems continuously.
