JAMMU, Nov 27: An Inspector in Vigilance Department today suffered injuries when the Maruti car he was travelling in was hit by a min-bus at Bikram Chowk area.
According to a police spokesperson, Deedar Singh son of Roshan Singh, a resident of Model Town, Sector-6, received injuries when his car bearing registration No JK02AT-0113 was hit by a mini-bus (having registration No JK02DF-8834) driven by Kuljit Singh son of Brahm Singh of Simbal Camp.
The injured inspector was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where his condition was stated to be stable.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and both the vehicles seized. The driver of the min-bus has also been arrested.
