JAMMU, Dec 24: Team Jammu chairman, Zorawar Singh Jamwal here today released first video album ‘Mera Kya Hoga’ by daughter of the soil, actress, Purnima Behl.
Speaking on the occasion, Jamwal said: “It is a matter of pride for the people of Jammu that a daughter-of-the-soil, despite being based in Mumbai, did not forget her roots and chose her birth place to launch her maiden video album.”
He further said that Jammu has a lot of talent which needs support from the Government agencies.
“The Film Policy of J&K needs to be implemented in totto and we urge the government that efforts must be intensified in bringing the film industry to J&K besides promoting a highly talented young brigade of artists,” Jamwal maintained.
Actress Purnima said, “Jammu needs recognition on the world map in terms of tourism and film industry and being a local, I wished to launch my album from my own hometown.”
She expressed gratitude to her co-actor, lyricist and singer-composer, Aditya Rakesh, music producer, Akash Bannerjee, Director, Anmol Gupta, Director of Photography, Rahul Bhargav, make-up artist, Suman and the production house ‘Dhun India’.
Others present on the occasion were Khushboo Behl, Vaneet Behl and Naresh Malhotra.
