SRINAGAR, Apr 17: Former Union Minister Saifuddin Soz today said that during these days of desolate virus – Corona, the UT Government could further extend its hand of support by provision of food items and medicines to the needy at their door step.
In a statement issued here today, he said the other area where the Government could serve a great purpose of service to the people would be to help traders and students, who are held up out side the State and now want to return to their homes. A well thought out scheme could be devised by the State Government to do the needful.
Soz said he has been approached by many people who are held up outside the J&K and now, want to return to their homes. “One Waseem of Kulgam, spoke to me from Indore and sought my help to return home; second, Suhail Nabi Dar spoke to me from Madurai and Ashraf Button from Himachal Pradesh who wanted to return.
