JAMMU, July 12: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 25-30 years was recovered today from Sidhra area on city outskirts.
According to a police official, some locals today at about 8:45 spotted the dead body of an unknown man near Railway Track at Dingali in Sidhra area. He said on their information a police team reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem.
“In this connection, inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Sidhra police,” the official added.
