JAMMU, Feb 11: An unknown man died due to fall from a train in Bajalta area of city outskirts.
“The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 30-32 years was found on Sunday afternoon near railway track in Rangoora area of Bajalta,” a police official said. He said the man apparently died due to fall from some unknown train.
The official said that the body of the deceased man was shifted to mortuary room Government Medical College and Hospital for identification/ postmortem while inquest proceedings in this connection were initiated by police station GRP Jammu.
He said the deceased man is 4 feet 11 inches tall, whitish in complexion and was wearing blue colour jeans pent, black jacket and sport shoes. “Anybody have any clue about the identity/residential particulars of the deceased may contact GRP Jammu on telephone numbers 0191-2474946, whatsapp number 7298775944, mobile number 9906231389 and PCR GRP Jammu Help Line number 1512,” the official added.
