UDHAMPUR, June 13: Under mysterious circumstances, an unidentified woman was found hanging from a tree in forest area near village Sandrani, here today.
The deceased appeared to be in the age group of 50-55 and the body was spotted by some locals who informed the police. A Police party from Tikri Police Station rushed to the spot and shifted the body to hospital for postmortem and identification.
The dead body is lying at Tikri Hospital and anybody having any clue about the deceased may inform PCR Udhampur or PS Rehmbal.
