JAMMU, Jan 10: An unidentified male, aged around 40 years, was found dead in the premises of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, police said.
The body was noticed on Thursday morning by the public at around 7:50 hours in Room Number 5 of the Orthopaedic Emergency, Cabin Number 4, they said.
Since the deceased was unattended at the time of discovery, the body was shifted to the mortuary for identification, post-mortem examination and completion of other legal formalities, police said.
They said Police Station Bakshi Nagar and Police Post GMC were informed through PCR Jammu, and accordingly, the further investigation was taken up..
