HIRANAGAR, July 31: An unidentified male, estimated to be between 50 to 60 years of age, was tragically run over by Train No. 12472 (DN) near Railway track KM 53/23-24 at Hiranagar Railway Station.
The incident occurred recently and authorities are appealing to the public for help in identifying the deceased.
The body has been moved to the mortuary of Sub District Hospital Hiranagar for post-mortem examination and further identification procedures.
Police officials are urging anyone with information about the identity of the deceased to come forward.
