Unemployment in India

Sir,
The present unemployment scenario in the country can be attributed to faulty education system in the country. This system provides mere academic degrees to thousands of students every year. But, these degrees do not provide them employment opportunities. There is great demand in market for people with technical education. Interestingly, there is huge shortage of skilled work force in the country. Realising the gravity of situation, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi after assuming power, laid thrust on  creating a pool of skilled workers. Many programmes were launched in this direction. Even then the market demand has not been met.
The technical hands have got unlimited choices in corporate sector.  It is in view of this fact that  famous industrial units carry on recruitment drives in  technical education institutions and after screening them get them absorbed in various jobs as per their technical qualification. Besides, self help groups can be registered and after getting technical expertise one can start small business units after getting loans from banks on nominal rates of interest and thus will become service providers rather than a  job seeker.
Yours etc…
