KISHTWAR, Sept 6: Resenting that Minister of State (MoS) for PWD, who is also MLA Kishtwar has failed to fulfill his promise of starting the execution of Pakal Hydroelectric projects and resuming work on Rattle HE Project before April 2015, unemployed youths of the district today demanded his resignation.
The demand was raised during a general meeting of unemployed youths of the district held today under the chairmanship of Joginder Bhandari, a social worker and chairman, Chinar Power Projects Workers Union. The meeting was attended by a large number of unemployed youths from all over the district.
They also accused the MLA for making false promises on grant of Government Degree College for Paddar, sanction of Saffron park at Kishtwar and providing supply of drinking water from river Chenab within in three months.
