Dhami said that suggestions and guidance from the Acharyas would receive the highest priority in all decisions concerning the Kumbh and described it as his privilege to receive the blessings and counsel of the saint community.
The CM added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisioned Devbhoomi Uttarakhand as the spiritual capital of the world, and in keeping with this vision, the State Government is fully committed to ensuring that Kumbh 2027 becomes a grand, divine and historic event.

He informed that preparations for infrastructure, safety and facilities have already begun at a large scale, with full coordination established between state and central security agencies. Departments including the Police, NDRF, PAC, Health Department and Fire Department, along with all other concerned agencies, will ensure maximum efforts towards safety, crowd management, traffic arrangements and emergency response.
Officials who have successfully managed previous Kumbh Melas will also be consulted, and special teams will oversee cleanliness, waste management, drainage systems and the protection of the environment in Haridwar and the ghat areas.
