Jammu, Aug 7: On 05 August 2023 one person namely Babu Ram S/O Gorakh R/O Talpad lodged a complaint in Police Post Roundomail stating that two brothers namely Bishan Kumar and Sunil Kumar both Son of Jagan Nath, resident of Talpad entered into the complainants house and attacked upon him with sharp edged weapon.
Based on the complaint, a Case FIR No. 414/2023 U/S 307, 382, 34 IPC was registered in Police Station Udhampur. Accordingly special investigation team was framed by SSP Udhampur Dr. Vinod Kumar -IPS to apprehend the absconding criminals. The team succeeded in identifying the accused persons and simultaneous raids were conducted by the teams of Udhampur police and both the accused persons namely Bishan Kumar and Sunil Kumar have been apprehended.
During the course of investigation both the above mentioned accused broke down and disclosed the conspiracy which was hatched by the accused.
The whole operation was worked out and accused arrested after strenuous efforts by team headed by Insp. Raghubir Singh SHO PS Udhampur and assisted by PSI Rahul Jamwal under the supervision of Addl. SP Udhampur Sh. Anwaar Ul Haq and S. Gurmeet Singh DySP Hqrs. Udhampur.
