Two trucks supply Rs 16-lakh onions from PoK

POONCH  : Onions worth over Rs 16 lakh were traded from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) along Line of Control (LoC) at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district today, officials said.
Two trucks carrying bags of onion worth Rs 16,61,436 entered this side along LoC in Poonch  district, they said.
There was, however, no trade from Indian side in view of Raksha Bandhan.
Officials monitored transportation of the goods at the crossing point. (AGENCIES)
