LEH, Sept 1: In a reshuffle ordered for administrative convenience, IPS officer Rishabh Shukla has been posted as DySP Headquarters Leh, replacing Sonam Wangchuk, who has been transferred as DySP Traffic Kargil.
As per an order, Wangchuk will relieve Asif Mustafa of the additional charge, while his salary and allowances will be drawn against the vacant post of DySP (M) at District Police Leh.
