JAMMU, Feb 11: The Planning, Development & Monitoring Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has promoted two Director rank officers as Director General in the Jammu and Kashmir Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service in the Super Time Scale of level-14.
