POONCH, Feb 27: Two persons were injured when an Alto car, they were travelling in, met with an accident at Khet area of Tehsil Mandi in Poonch district.
Official sources said that the Alto K10 vehicle, bearing registration number JK02BC-1594, skidded off the road and slid into an adjoining nallah at Khet area, resulting into injuries to two persons who were taken to SDH Mandi and later shifted to District Hospital Poonch.
The injured were identified as Mohd Ashraf, son of Mohd Mushtaq, resident of Jallian Azamabad and Mohd Majid, son of Ghulam Mohd, resident of Kalas Chamber Kanari. Medical superintendent DH Poonch Dr Shafiq said that both the injured were provided medical treatment and their condition was stable.
