DODA, May 28: Two persons were injured when the truck they were traveling in skidded off the road and rolled down into Neeru nallah near Malnai area, here.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02BU-7467 was on its way from Jammu to Bhaderwah, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it plunged into Neeru Nallah, resulting into injuries to two persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals started rescue operation. Both the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Doda, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The injured persons have been identified as Sanjay Kumar, son of Ambu Ram of Bulandpur, Assar and Pawan Kumar, son of Mool Raj of Malhori, Doda.
Police has taken cognizance in this regards.
