JAMMU, Jan 29: Two individuals have been reported missing from different areas of Jammu district.
While one Ajay Kumar Das alias Prem of Patna, Bihar, presently residing at KB Nagar, Bantalab, has been reported missing from his workplace (Bantalab) by his wife Reena Devi since October 3, 2025, another individual, identified as Harpal Singh son of late Bhagwan Singh (67) of Upper Gadigarh, Azad Nagar, opposite Jagdev Bakery, has been reported missing since January 27, 2026 by his daughter Charandeep Kour.
As per the wife of Ajay Kumar, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and white pant when he was last seen near his work place. Kumar is 5 feet and 7 inches tall with dark brown complexion.
Similarly, as per the family members of Harpal Singh, he was wearing a black zipper with light grey pyjama, black dastar and a normal sleeper when he was last seen near his home on January 27. Singh is 5 feet and 2 inches tall and dark in complexion.
Both the families have lodged the missing reports at Police Posts Chinore and Gadigarh Jammu on the basis of which FIRs have been registered and further investigations taken up.
