JAMMU, June 25: Channi Himmat Police today achieved major success by recovering 2 kg 950 grams of ganja from two suspects at a naka under its jurisdiction.
“A team of Police Station Channi Himmat constituted under the supervision of SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari and led by SHO Police Station Channi Himmat Inspector Deepak Katoch while on naka duty rounded up two suspects namely Sunny Masih and a woman and during search, recovered 2 kg 950 grams of ganja from their possession,” police sources said.
They said a case under relevant sections was registered in this connection at Police Station Channi Himmat and the accused arrested. Further investigation of the case was going on, they added.
