JAMMU, Sept 7: Two persons were held today by Trikuta Nagar police for cheating people on the pretext of getting their work related to RTO Office, done by taking excess money from them.
According to a police spokesman, acting on the complaints from various people, a police team of police station Trikuta Nagar led by SHO, Bharat Sharma, conducted raids near RTO Office Jammu and arrested both the accused persons, who were identified as Sumit Talwar of Gurha Bakshi Nagar and Devender Singh of Panjirthi.
A case under Sections 419, 420/34 RPC has been registered against both the accused at police station Trikuta Nagar.
