JAMMU, Jan 29: Two day National Scholars’ seminar for the best paper award organized by Post Graduate Department of Commerce, University of Jammu commenced today.
In the seminar, about 140 research scholars and students from various Universities across India are participating.
On the first day today, Prof NK Sharma from IIT Kanpur and Dr Gurmeet Singh, Associate Prof and Associate Dean, University of South Pacific, Fiji, were external experts, while Prof RD Sharma, Chairman, BOPEE and Prof Neetu Andotra, Coordinator, SAP, Commerce were the internal experts.
The seminar began with a special lecture on current trends in review of the literature by Dr Gurmeet Singh, followed by three technical sessions with seven papers in each session on various themes vis-à-vis Market orientation, OCB, Outsourcing, Customer experience transformational leadership etc.
Among others present were Dr Sandeep Tandon, Dr Gurjeet Kaur, Dr Jeevan Jyoti, Seminar Coordinator, Tarsem Lal and Dr Bodh Raj Sharma. Sonali Bindra and Deepika were stage coordinators, whereas Tarsem Lal Sharma, Assistant Prof in Commerce Department, JU, presented vote of thanks.
