JAMMU, Sept 6: Gandhi Nagar police today arrested two bootleggers and recovered 50 frooties from their possession.
The accused have been identified as Harnam Singh son of Phoola Singh, a resident of Nanak Nagar and Naresh Gupta son of Bodh Raj, a resident of Sanjay Nagar.
Police said both of them were arrested during a naka and 50 frooties were recovered from them.
The accused have been booked under Excise Act and Section 188 RPC at Gandhi Nagar police station in FIR No. 224/2015.
Police parties headed by SHO Gandhi Nagar Inspector Bishnesh Kumar made the arrests.
