JAMMU, Dec 20: Bahu Fort Police arrested two persons for assaulting and brandishing weapon on bar staff .
As per police sources, two persons identified as Vishal, son of Som Nath Sharma and Amit Kumar, son of Isher Dass, both residents of District Udhampur entered into a bar near Vishal Mega Mart and after consuming liquor started assaulting bar staff and also brandish the pistol on them.
After getting information, police team led by SHO Bahu Fort Inspector Nayat Ali under the supervision of SDPO East Sajad Sarwar immediately rushed to the spot and arrested both the persons.
A case under FIR Number 404/2021 under Sections 458, 323, 336 and 506 IPC and 3/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
