REASI, Dec 8: Forest Protection Force, Gamma Unit-JII Reasi, has seized a truck loaded with firewood of different species.
A team of Forest Protection Force, headed by Dy Director Mohinder Singh, seized the truck JK02AQ 8692 loaded with firewood of different species from Bhaber area, Blick Bhaga of Katra range. At the time of seizure, some labourers were loading the truck with firewood but when asked for the legal documents, they failed to produce the same. Both driver and conductor fled from the spot. The concerned Beat Guard was also absent from the spot.
Accordingly FPF party seized the truck and brought it at Simbal Choa forest check post for safe custody.
