JAMMU, Jan 25: For the seventh consecutive term, Ashwani Trisal was today elected as Chairman of the Defence Accounts Pensioners Welfare Association (DAPWA).
The election of DAPWA was held here under the supervision of P P Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Trisal highlighted the activities carried out by the association.
He also appreciated the achievements of the previous executive body.
After being elected as Chairman, Trisal announced his new team which included Darshan Grover, Vice Chairman; Rashpal Digra, General Secretary; Yash Pal Sharma, Joint Secretary; Raj Singh as Finance Secretary; Krishan Gopal as Organising Secretary; S.K Sharma as office secretary; D V Sharma as joint organization secretary and H R Bhadur as the member of the association.
It was also decided that R K Dogra, will continue as the patron of the association.
