KISHTWAR, Feb 24: Police here today under the supervision of SSP Kishtwar, Javaid Iqbal Mir paid rich tribute to the martyr, DySP Aman Thakur on his 6th anniversary of martyrdom.
The ceremony was led by Additional SP Kishtwar, Pawan Kumar in the presence of SP (OPS), Nissar Khoja; DySP Headquarters, Dr. Ishan Gupta; SDPO Marwah, Vijay Kumar along with other officers and officials and they all paid rich tribute to the martyr by laying wreath at Martyrs Memorial in DPO Kishtwar.
In his message, SSP Kishtwar shared his heartfelt remarks, reflecting the exemplary service and courageous actions of Shaheed DySP Aman Thakur. He lauded the late officer as a dedicated and devoted member of the Police force who valiantly served on the anti-terror front.
DySP Aman Thakur’s unwavering commitment to duty and selfless sacrifice earned him the prestigious Shaurya Chakra, a testament to his extraordinary bravery and service to the Nation.
